Bottega Organica is happy to provide a full refund for any unopened product within 14 days of the purchase date. We will not be able to issue a refund for opened product but you might qualify for an exchange or a store credit. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
♦ When you return your unopened product to Bottegaorganica.com by mail within 14 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
Here is how to return your item(s):
Returns by Mail:
1) Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Bottega Organica packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
2) Mail your return via courier or Postal Service
3) You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. Returned Purchase Confirmation Email
When the store has received your return and it is ready to be processed, you will be receiving a Return Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The e-mail contains the details of your return shipment as well as information about your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 30 days.
In most cases, your return will be processed and your account credited within five business days from receiving the return.
